Overview

Casper is looking for an experienced SEM & Paid Social Media Manager to join our team in Berlin. This person will manage the SEM & Paid Social Accounts across all the EU markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce, analytical & data driven and has experience with large advertising accounts. You will be working closely with the Acquisition Marketing Director, EU and will have the chance to be part of building a global brand around sleep.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and grow Paid Search (Google Adwords) & Social Paid (Facebook, Instragram etc.) accounts and get your hands on other exciting online opportunities.
  • Fully manage the PPC & Social Paid budgets for Casper.com across the EU markets and provide input into how to optimize the campaigns.  
  • Define short and long term PPC and Social Paid strategies and roadmaps.
  • Analyse, measure and report on key metrics, which will vary depending on the campaign type (user acquisition etc.).
  • Establish clear marketing performance indicators that complement overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement bid recommendations and handle keyword analysis. This includes building keyword lists, analyzing search volume, and making recommendations.
  • Work closely with the design team in order to assure rotation of ad creatives.
  • Monitor trends in the industry closely and build best practices.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing
  • 2+ years experience in Facebook Advertising.
  • Extensive experience with high volume sites
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and an eagerness to work as a member of a team
  • Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Insights and Webmaster Tools
  • Experience with Paid Social Marketing Platforms like Smartly, Facelift etc.
  • Results-driven mentality
