Be part of our Global CRM team as a Senior CRM Manager (m/f) and support our company on the way to even greater success.
Develop, execute and optimise the marketing plan to drive customer retention and reactivation
Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns online (email, sms, push, onsite) and offline (direct mailing, magazine, call centers, sales team)
Work with BI to leverage customer segmentation, implement tracking and ensure ongoing optimisation through A/B testing
Manage the relationship with external agencies and service providers (operations and performance tracking)
Manage technical projects including tool integration and database connections
Enhance the customer experience by deriving actionable customer insights and bringing innovative solutions
Track, report and analyse your campaigns’ performance and come up with actions to improve your KPIs
You have a degree in business, marketing or a similar field
You have 2-4 years experience in CRM, marketing or campaign management
You love managing projects with external partners/agencies
You have excellent communication skills in English and German
You are autonomous, organised, solution-oriented, performance driven and creative
You have a passion for creating great customer interactions and you are a team player
