You develop, execute and optimise a portfolio of cross-channel marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs (transactional and marketing)
You own all communications with our customers across multiple channels, platforms and devices (email, sms, push notifications, website, website, offline mailing, stylist teams, customer care).
You work with BI, Product and IT to leverage campaign automation, segmentation and ongoing optimisation through A/B testing
You manage technical projects including tool integration, database connections, API implementation and content automation
You enhance the customer experience by deriving actionable customer insights and bringing innovative solutions
You track, report and analyse your campaigns’ performance and come up with actions to drive retention and maximise customer lifetime value
You have a degree in business, marketing, computer science or a similar field
You have 3-5 years experience in CRM, retention marketing or campaign management
Experience defining and setting up automated lifecycle programs across multiple channels
Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in English
You are organised, logical, analytical, performance driven, solution oriented and creative
