MISSION

We are looking for a sales pioneer to start the sales with German companies. As a Country Client Executive you will work directly with the CEO and be a driving force in signing business deals in the German market across all industries.

• Close deals weekly with Germany ’s top-tier organizations

• Meet with C-Level ex ecutives (VP HR and Tech, Learning, Communication)

• Conduct mark et research exploiting social networks and growth hack ing arsenal

• Manage, monitor and optimize short sales cycle using next-generation CRM

• Become an expert and ev angelize on a disruptive learning/communication offer and vision

• Pilot field mark eting activ ities in Germany (events, campaign, networking)

PROFILE

Young minded, YOU love to fight, win and conquer. After 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, YOU like new ways of thinking and acting, ambitious challenge, teamwork and reaching awesome performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• German speaker (native)

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience, including selling BtoB offers

• Great doerness

• High-determination, courage and boldness

• Willpower to learn and develop data-driven intelligence


BONUS SKILLS THAT WOULD BE GREAT:

• French speaker

• Having dealt with HR or Marketing/Communication departments

• Funnytude

• SaaS productselling

• Familiar with Pipedrive CRM platform and/or the LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Beer pong master and Champagne specialist

• Product oriented mindset

• White Russian expertise

• Culture of graphical aesthetic

• Extreme skiing or Wingsuit practice

REMUNERATION

Suitable for your talent, experience and location (€ 60,000 – 100,000) package + Equity plan Permanent position (CDI), Health insurance, champagne.

LOCATION

Your mission will take place in Germany (München/ Frankfurt/ Köln/Düsseldorf), with frequent visits to Paris. Your initial training period will take place in our headquarters are in Paris, Avenue Kléber, next to the famous Place de l’Etoile and doubtlessly offer the best view of Paris and the Eiffel tower.
