Develop our hiring strategy of the future - establishing processes, improving our employer branding, and keeping the employer engagement high
Be the “First Face” at SI Labs - Onboard new hires into the SI Labs culture to help them feel welcome
Support and coach our employees to conduct even better interviews
Represent SI Labs during recruiting events, campus trips, and meetups
Experienced coordinating and building-up hiring processes for the IT-sector
Great in networking and preferably already equipped with a big network in Berlins startup world (especially IT and development)
Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, responsiveness and flexibility
Ability to work self-responsible and in cooperation with others at SI Labs
Creative to find solutions for various challenges
You will collaborate with experienced and enthusiastic service design experts, business design nerds and service developer geeks.
You will have responsibilities along the entire process from exploration to implementation while supporting multinational corporations to innovate.
