We’re looking for an experienced Global Marketing Manager to drive our international marketing and build our channel marketing. You are a strategic thinker, yet hands-on marketing personality seeking to drive international expansion in a fast-growing start-up? The do become part of our marketing team!

We enable organizations (such as ProSiebenSat. 1, OTTO, Henkel, Universal Music or Axel Springer) with the help of their employer brand and their employees’ social networks, to find the right people for their vacancies and to authentically communicate their employer brand. 


  • Research and identify relevant target groups and communication platforms in international markets (particularly Nordics, Netherlands, France, Italy, UK) in close collaboration with our international sales team
  • Develop and implement country-specific marketing plans to position our brand and product in respective target markets with relevant target audiences
  • Manage marketing activities and campaigns with a strong focus on content marketing, including development, adaptation and localization of compelling content (e.g. white papers, infographics, videos) that drives lead generation
  • Develop a channel marketing strategy, manage channel marketing activities and coordinate joint campaigns with channel partners (resellers, technology partners etc.) in local markets
  • Work closely with your marketing colleagues to drive campaigns that meet local market needs and generate qualified leads for our sales team


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field
  • 4-5 years working experience, therefore at least 2 years ininternational marketing and/or channel marketing
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on mindset and strong sales drive
  • Compelling track record in content marketing, campaign & content localization
  • Experience in channel marketing / working with channel partners
  • Excellent campaign management & project management skills
  • Solid knowledge in B2B digital marketing
  • Experience working with and managing agencies and copywriters
  • Excellent English and German speaking skills – an additional languages a plus
