Technical Consultant/Customer Support – 2nd level B2B (m/f)

You will

  • Be a person of action – remove the last remaining obstacles and bring our clients live.
  • Be a care taker – listen, analyse, and spot where the real issues are and follow them up.
  • Be attentive – have ideas on how to constantly improve the client integration process.
  • Be solution oriented – handle our clients’ technical inquiries sympathetically, quickly and in detail.
  • Be a consultant – know your clients, accompanying, advising, and developing them in the daily operations of their core business. 
  • Be available – be the one our customers are happy to contact when something goes wrong. 
  • Be a trouble shooter – stay calm and do, what has to be done.
  • Be a connector – communicate and coordinate with customers, partners, account managers and developers.

What we expect

  • A support pro - at least three years´ professional experience in the technical consultancy or support of complex software products.
  • A leader who guides clients through difficult situations.
  • Expert knowledge in the online payment industry or e-commerce a plus.
  • Profound knowledge of web technologies.
  • Understanding and reporting of complex connections. 
  • Ability to listen precisely and to anticipate carefully.
  • Strong English communication skills.
