As a Technical Customer Service Manager in Munich, you will work on

  • Managing the customer relationship and product experience with new clients
  • Hosting new client trainings and tailor these to fit the client’s needs
  • Organizing and leading mappings at the client’s place of business to explain the technology
  • Processing all relevant data in Linux
  • Trouble-shooting and dealing with all customer requests via phone and email
  • Feeding back customer input and your own experiences into the product, working closely with other teams
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers and Developers
  • Building a dynamic and professional customer service department by recruiting and training top people
  • Analyzing technical product improvement possibilities and cooperating closely with the relevant teams to drive this forward 
  • Defining process support strategy, relevant KPIs, and developing new training material as needed

You have

  • Technical education in electronics, mechatronics or similar
  • Experience with Linux
  • Fun working with hardware
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Very good communication skills and ability to build relationships with different types of customers
  • Very good German and English
  • Flexibility to travel around 50% of your time
  • German driver’s license
