Your upcoming projects

  • Develop, implement and be fully responsible for our technical support concept, including setting up and monitoring service level agreements
  • Make sure the day-to-day operations of our mobility platform run smoothly
  • Be the link between customers, customer care and our external IT partners
  • Analyse technical problems that come up and kick-off the troubleshooting process
  • Continuously optimize troubleshooting routines

Your background

  • You have successfully set up a technical support system for a mobility start-up
  • You have good technical understanding of new-mobility related mechatronics, electronics and software architecture, especially API management
  • You know which ticketing systems make sense for us and you’ve implemented one before
  • You’re passionate about the future of mobility and current technology trends in the sphere
  • You put the customer first in everything you do
  • Your English is fluent, your stakeholder management is excellent and your problem-solving skills are outstanding
