Your upcoming projects

  • Build up and professionalize HR processes in a new, innovative company and bring in your ideas
  • Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for new UMI employees
  • Evolve and manage our compensation and benefits program, with a strong focus on a performance and bonus system
  • Develop and take charge of our people development program
  • Accompany and support the company’s international growth from a people perspective
  • Take the wheel on the further development of our internal and external employer brand

Your background

  • You know the in’s and out’s of HR management – recruitment, people development, employer branding, German labor law, etc.
  • You’ve built up HR processes from the ground up in a successful, international start-up based in Europe
  • You’ve worked in a modern, agile environment without hierarchies and the words “chapters”, “scrum” or “sprint” are familiar to you
  • You’re results-driven and want to get your projects on the road
  • You’re fluent in German and English, and have experience in an international environment
