Your upcoming projects

  • Develop a performance marketing strategy focused on mobile user acquisition and retention for our new mobility service
  • Create, manage, track and optimize marketing campaigns through Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Native channel
  • Define our performance KPIs with regards to company budgets and growth targets
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through targeting and segmentation 
  • Cooperate closely with our content agency to create compelling ads and continuously challenge them
  • Coordinate with advertising vendors on a regular basis
  • Build our Brand’s organic visibility through ASO and SEO
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team and be the internal stakeholder for all things performance

Your background

  • You have a history of successfully conceptualizing and implementing mobile B2C marketing campaigns in various languages
  • You know the ins and outs of mobile advertising technology
  • You're proficient in the use of Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau or similar tools
  • You have a strong knowledge of Google Ads, especially Search campaigns and UACs
  • You have a strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram Ads
  • You know how to run A/B tests and love analyzing your work based on data
  • You consider yourself a "doer" who takes over full ownership
  • You're passionate about the future of mobility
  • Your English and German are fluent

And a plus

  • Experience with other platforms such as Apple Search Ads and major ad networks
  • ASO/SEO experience
  • CRM and retention experience
