Urban Sports Club offers a flexible sports flatrate. The mission is to help people lead a more healthy and active lifestyle. Club members can choose from 50+ activities - ranging from classic gym workout, swimming, yoga, or bouldering, to team sports and lots more - and more than 3.000 partner venues in Germany's major cities and 500 in Paris, France and 50 in Rome (Italy). Variety, flexible conditions as well as team sports and wellness are offered both for private customers and companies.

Urban Sports GmbH was founded in 2012 by Moritz Kreppel and Benjamin Roth in Berlin, Germany. After two years of bootstrapping, the company secured an early-stage financing in 2015 and went on to acquire four of its German competitors. In December 2016, the former competitor Somuchmore joined the German market leader; FITrate joined in 2018.

About the role

As Account Manager (f/m) in the Partnermanagement department you are the contact person for our French partners. Your main responsibility is to guarantee a successful and trustful cooperation. From the beginning you are involved in all areas of the partner management department and you take care of all concerns of our partners to ensure a long-lasting relationship. The position is located in Paris.

Your Tasks

  • You take care of the requests from partners, optimize processes and coordinate changes with a problem-solving attitude
  • You are responsible for the accurate and appealing presentation of the partners on our platform
  • You help the partner acquisition team through research or database maintenance
  • You create and present reports from the partner management department and are the interface to other departments

Requirements

  • You have gained first experiences in the partner or customer support
  • You are communicative, outgoing and organized
  • You are a self-starting, structured and self-organized Person who quickly sees what needs to be done
  • You have a confident appearance and excellent communication skills
  • You can communicate well in English and French (oral and written)
  • You share our vision, our goals, and are a sports enthusiast interested in new technologies
