We are looking for a Vice President Sales with a proven track-record in scaling sales organizations, providing both strategic and hands on sales leadership and being the key person to manage the next level of growth - from currently $10m ARR to $100m ARR. You will be responsible for all sales teams and inspire them to excel.

Your Responsibilities

  • Craft and scale predictable and repeatable models to drive consistent training and development of sales representatives as well as drive internal growth and a customer-first culture
  • Create, experiment and implement new ways of engaging with prospects to increase win rates and provide an amazing full-cycle customer experience including customer success management
  • Manage effective outbound sales, inbound engagement strategy, funnel management, lead generation and distribution best practices to drive impactful results
  • Push for consistent and accurate use of sales automation utilities
  • Analyse data and work with cross-functional counterparts (VP Marketing, VP Product) to drive growth initiatives and market insights, continuously aligning our product with the needs of new customers and markets
  • Form strong strategic alliances with key players and lead international (EMEA) as well as in-country expansion into new territories and industries

Your Profile

  • 8 + years of proven sales success in exceeding goals within a high-growth startup environment, preferably in SaaS
  • 3 + years of experience in leading & developing a team to achieve high performance
  • You’re pragmatic. While we want you to provide strategic direction and big-picture thinking, you should also be ready to get your hands dirty alongside the team
  • Having a strong product affinity, you're used to leverage technical and analytical thinking to refine and automate the sales tech stack
  • You are outgoing. You love bringing people together. You’re excited about building connections, within and outside of the office. You excel at leading through influence
  • Business fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
