B2B Marketing Manager (m/f)


Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the B2B planning, execution and procurement
  • Conduct channel optimization and testing – direct mail, email, newsletter, partner, events etc.
  • Influence sales strategy and execution (inbound, outbound, cold calling process, script development, reporting, pitch deck, etc.).
  • Develop and implement direct marketing programs and materials while being responsible for every stage, from strategy, content and execution.
  • Measure everything. Track and analyze program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources
  • Work closely with top management to establish, monitor, and review the overall marketing strategy and to ensure that marketing goals are aligned with key business objectives


Your skills:

  • A track record of successfully leading growth in the B2B environment, preferably in the mobile marketing field
  • Analytical approach to social media, content, storytelling and community marketing
  • 3-5 years of B2B Marketing Manager/Marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing Sales pipeline and forecasting lead pipelines
  • Creative and writing skills to design marketing program, strategy, messaging and themes
  • Experience in cooperating with a Sales force
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • You have full professional proficiency in both German and English
