Your job

You drive and manage the development of MVPs and platforms. Together with the business
experts you shape the value proposition and the feature set of platforms always with focus
on the trinity of speed, simplicity and customer value. You lead your team and act as the
primary link between team and stakeholders.

You define the user stories and act as an answer hub. You collect buy-in from stakeholders
for major decisions. Together with the scrum master you prioritize and groom the sprint
backlog regularly. Finally you evaluate the progress by matching the product iteration
the business requirements.

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Pay range: 48-65k (depending on experience and skills)

Your skills and experiences

  • At least 3 years experience in large-scale digital application development
  • You are able to break down larger business goals to small slices of value
  • You're interested in business administration as well as in technical detail questions
  • You are able motivate your team and other stakeholders by communicating your
    product vision enthusiastically
  • You're experienced in setting ambitious, but SMART goals which motivates and
    sharpen the focus
  • You are able to explain and visualize with empathy complex technical issues to non-
    technicians, including a high degree of understanding their business problems
  • Fluent in English and German

Nice to have

  • You graduated successfully earning a university degree
  • You have deep knowledge of state-of-the-art UX design
  • You are experienced with user embedding into the innovation process including
  • You know domain-driven design basics
  • Deep insights into corporate thinking
  • You bring your own startup idea
