As a Business Development & Booking Manager you will directly support the founding & sales team of an ambitious new startup within the fashion and commercial industry. As a communicational and analytical strong person, you will generate and close deals and booking requests on a daily basis.

What you will do

  • Pushing the booking & sales side of our business by taking the lead in matching client inquiries with our model database. You will directly work with clients from the retail, e-commerce, and fashion industries
  • Supporting the sales manager and the founding team in creating new business and filling our sales pipeline
  • Suggesting and implementing ideas for ongoing improvement of the sales process
  • Building sustainable client relations by selling INSELBERG at relevant industry events, fairs and client visits

What we want from you

  • 3+ years work experience in the fields of advertising, fashion, media, commercial production and/or e-commerce
  • At least Bachelor Degree in communications, marketing, management, or business administration
  • German as first language, English on proficient level
  • In the very best case, you are a model yourself, or do photography etc. as a hobby/side job
  • You are a team player with outstanding people skills combined with a hands-on and high energy attitude
  • You like to approach work with structure, but don’t mind breaking the rules if necessary
  • You know how to convince people and sell an idea/service/product in an appealing way
