Your Role

  • Take ownership of a growing business unit and act as a key stakeholder both within ad2games and with its partners

  • Build strong relationships with the industry’s top names by managing biz-dev and partner relations with clients, publishers, platforms and content distributors

  • Generate new business opportunities with both advertisers and publishers, build a pipeline and reach out to potential partners

  • Work closely with product and operations teams on defining new features and support integrations

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities

  • Attend industry events to strengthen and expand your online marketing network


Our Requirements

  • Among top 20% of Master or Bachelor Degree, preferably studies of business, marketing, mathematics

  • Successful track record of at least 1.5 years work experience within the field of programmatic buying and selling of video inventory

  • Experience with RTB platforms such as SSPs/DSPs and exchange platforms - a plus!

  • Successful track record of generating new business opportunities

  • Familiarity with key players in the AdTech industry

  • Great communication skills, fluent in English and a team player who is not afraid of getting his/her hands dirty

  • An initiator and a proactive individual who can work independently

  • Driven to succeed, to meet and over achieve targets and goals

  • Be entrepreneurial in your approach of media buying and able to think outside the box to come up with new solutions to your daily challenges
