Who We are : Kidizz
We are a young start-up offering an innovative communication platform between professionals of early childhood education and parents of young children (0 to 6 years old), our secondary target is care homesfor Elders. With a solid and dynamic activity in France (30 000 users), we now extend abroad. Germany is one of our main targets. We are looking for a young and talented leader such as you to drive our success there
Who we want: A local entrepreneur
As your own boss, your mission will be to generate and manage the entire Kidizz commercial activity in Germany first, and in a second time in the surrounding countries (Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, etc.). You will need to identify and approach companies operating “nurseries” and pre-schools as well as groups operating senior nursing homes. You may need to adapt your commercial strategy to the local specificities. You will be in charge of the entire client life cycle: Approach, sales and after-sales, Invoice management as well as business development. You will work in thigh collaboration, although remotely, with Paris HQ team. We will support you on the technical, as well as communication side. You shall also propose and defend your ideas for commercial development as well as product evolutions
What you should be like:A Leader!
We are looking for a young business developer who can turn into a CEO of Germany and why not Central Europe if successful! You shall be a multi-tasked self-motivated entrepreneur with strong sales skills. A combatant leading its conviction to the client and to the creators of Kidizz, with a taste for challenge, field work, new technologies and children!
Remuneration: 2 000 euros/month as a basis, plus strong incentive based on sales. Expenses are paid by the company. A participation scheme shall be build.
Requirement: It’s a start-up: We do not have offices in Germany. You organize yourself as you want. We do not speak german therefore exchange shall be in English or French
