As our (Senior) Conversion Optimization Manager, you

  • Will be responsible for the conversion rate optimization of our web & app funnel as well as our marketing creatives
  • Will develop strategies and frameworks to structure and prioritize conversion improvement tasks
  • Will develop a deep understanding of various target audience groups and their motivations/fears to construct optimised journeys from first touch point to conversion
  • Wireframe / Mock-up improved conversion journeys
  • Plan A/B and multivariate tests to maximise results in a short time
  • Will define and manage a roadmap for web and app conversion improvement
  • Work with design, communication and channel management to improve the conversion of marketing creatives
  • Will develop and deepen Clark’s online marketing, web and app tracking approach

Your background, you

  • Have gained a degree in marketing, communications or a similar creative field
  • In total you have approx. 3-5 years of experience in conversion improvement
  • Have a high level of creativity, strong communication skills and organizational skills
  • Have a clear understanding of consumer needs and their behavior which helped in having a great track record of improve Conversion
  • Show a strong analytical mindset besides being a strong communicator
  • Work across departments to achieve best results and love to think big in order to deliver innovative strategic solutions
  • Are a teamplayer and willing to learn something new in the field of Conversion
  • Speak fluently German and English and already know, what we are talking about since you´ve done a similar job in another company, but now is the right time to take the next step and take over a hyper growth project
  • And last but not least: You are ready to turn the insurance market into good
