About the role and who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a Co-Founder/ Head of Global Brand Partnerships to join our team in Berlin. You will primarily manage and develop our retail partner network in Europe. You have earned an outstanding degree at a top university and have gained first work experience in high-performance environments. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements. Beyond your managerial skills, you have strong structuring and analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude. You are very passionate about online startups and have deep interest in developing a young business. Independence, flexibility and speed are as important to you as gaining international experience. Furthermore, you are fluent in English (additional language skills are a big plus). High entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile.


  • Your main focus will be to manage our European sales activities and expand our partner network to the US at a later stage
  • Acquiring new partners and taking care of existing cooperation partners and
    establishing long term partnerships through exclusive key account management
  • Developing and implementation of new sales strategies and processes
  • You will work closely with our team in China


  • A communicative, dynamic and cheerful person – a true sales talent
  • 2-3 years work experience in marketing, sales and/or business development
  • Ideally experience in B2B sales and closing partnerships
  • Pragmatic, hands-on and persuasive at the same time
  • Drive and willingness to promote a new business model 
  • Good language skills complete your profile
