CODE is a newly-founded private university of applied sciences that is embedded into the vibrant network of Berlin’s digital economy. The core of our study programs are real-world projects, accompanied by seminars and workshops with an advanced flipped-classroom concept. Together with a network of industry partners, our goal is to provide students with a practical, real-world, and digitally-oriented education.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be

  • Network Development – Developing a strategic vision of CODE’s partnership network and implementing it. That involves selecting and approaching corporate partners as well as non-profits, startups, and educational institutions
  • Customer Success Lead – You know how to make our current partners happy and can provide them with new development opportunities and meaningful interaction models
  • Ambassador – You feel comfortable representing CODE in an inspiring and authentic way towards our (future) partners and other stakeholders

We are looking for someone who is

  • Is Empathetic // Approachable // Proactive // Structured
  • Ideally has 5-year experience facing business customers
  • Understands the digital economy, higher education and its future needs in terms of jobs
  • Has excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and German
