CRM Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator (m/f)


Key responsibilities

  • Technical Administrator of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities  include customize and implement fields, workflows, triggers, page layouts, dashboards and reports on
  • Technical Administrator of the call center system (Natterbox): responsibilities  include call routine and policies, and various configuration (call menu, call reporting etc).
  • Providing day to day troubleshooting and support for our rapidly growing pool of end-users.
  • Develop procedures to increase operational efficiency and data quality (sales, support, onboarding monitoring)
  • Create training materials and train users on system utilization and best practices
  • Run analysis on existing database to identify existing trends and provide strategic recommendations for future developments
  • Evangelize and drive user adoption across the organization.
  • Implement enhancements and roll out new features
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve our integrations with different systems
  • Develop new applications in Salesforce to structure Sales and operations processes


What we expect of you

  • Strong functional knowledge of the Salesforce data structure
  • Experience in APEX, SQL, HTML languages is a plus
  • Excellent project management and Excel skills
  • Creativity, communicative, competence and team player attitude
  • Willingness to learn and to break the norm
  • Good time management and ability to work in a structured and ambitious way
  • Good knowledge and working experience with complex Excel charts
  • Strong analytical ability and interest in data analysis
