tado°'s sales channels grow extensively and therefore we are looking for a motivated and driven CRM Manager (m/f). You will work within the "Installer Sales Team" and give tado° the right boost to realise online projects, coordinate efforts between different teams and bring the communication between tado° and installers on a next level.

Daily tasks

  • Maintenance and further development of the CRM Sytem for our B2B business
  • Continuously improvement of processes, data quality and efficient use of the CRM database
  • Customisation and realisation of sales-, marketing- and service processes together with different stakeholders within tado°
  • Tracking and analysing of marketing activities and their outcome; furthermore create reportings, develop customer segmentation strategies and derive recommended actions
  • Create and execute national and international newsletter campaigns
  • Provide content and be ahead of news and hot topics in the installer world


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, advertising or other business studies
  • You already gained first working experience with CRM Systems
  • You focus on the installers point of view, their way of approaching new technologies and their buying decisions
  • You are interested in online marketing tools and web development
  • You are able to switch on your strategic mindset but at the same time act very hands on and operative
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are able to build cross-functional relationships
  • You bring fluent German and English skills (further languages desirable)
