Job Duties

  • Responsibility for all country managers and sales teams in their international territories
  • Defining and executing sales strategies and tactics with the management team
  • Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and key financial performance objectives
  • Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment
  • Developing sales strategies to open up new international markets
  • Providing leadership to the sales organization’s management team
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior



  • English on a native level, additional languages preferred, fluent German is an advantage
  • Ability to motivate and inspire the teams and to lead others in a fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality industry experience and contacts is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a similar field
  • Previous B2B sales experience of minimum 5 years
  • Previous B2B sales management and team-lead success of minimum 5 years
