Do you already have at least 2 years of experience in the management of customer´s projects (maybe even more than one at a time)? Do you have the ability to fulfill your customer´s wishes despite of tight deadlines? If yes, well, we can’t wait to meet you!
We are a young Berlin based Start-Up and we are on our way to revolutionize the global market for lifestyle magazines with our innovative and unique Magazine SaaS solution.
- You work really close with our customers and help them to set up online magazines on their website,
- You are responsible for the management of the whole process,
- You make sure that our customers are happy and ask them after their wishes/needs,
- You keep our customers informed about new updates and features,
- Together with our marketing team you implement new CRM measures.
- You have an academic degree in media communication, economics or business administration or similar fields,
- You already gained at least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in a related field,
- Your communication skills are simply excellent,
- Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel,
- You have an affinity für technology,
- You are fluent in english and ideally in german too,
- Ideally you’ve already worked with Basecamp.
