glispa is a leading online marketing company enabling clients to activate global audiences and move markets worldwide. We are looking for a driven Director of Client Services to join and lead the account management team from our Berlin headquarters. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, possess strong business acumen, and have a track record of leading a team to build successful, solutions-oriented relationships with clients.

Role & Responsibilites

  • Identify the needs and business objectives of key strategic clients, finding opportunities and providing solutions to maximize revenue from each client

  • Build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that they are retained through impeccable service levels

  • Support the planning and prioritization of client sales activities across the organization, working closely with the sales team in sales pitches with key clients to drive growth

  • Manage, develop, and lead the team of account managers to build strong client relationships


  • 5-10 years of Online Marketing, Agency or Media Buying experience
  • Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Fluency in English and preferably one more language
  • Exceptional personal drive to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results
  • Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented
  • Strong leadership skills, delivering high service levels to clients and encouraging the team to do the same
  • Comprehensive understanding of online and performance marketing
