We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Executive who works alongside our Business Development and Sales team. You should have drive and a passion for AI and B2B technology to provide an extraordinary experience for every customer.

These will be your tasks

  • Contribute to our Recruiting and HR processes
  • Maintain and further develop an effective recruitment and on-boarding process, including the preselection of candidates based on agreed requirements to ensure that all vacancies are successfully filled on-time with a qualified candidate
  • Evaluate, procure and manage recruitment to optimise the organisation’s recruitment process, reduce the required level of administration and improve our brand
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource and recruiting federal and state requirements

You're offering these qualifications

  • Excellent in German and fluent in Business English
  • Absolute hands-on mentality and great team spirit
  • Strong analytical and strong communication skills
  • Easily work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
  • Knowledge in MS Office, LinkedIn and other Recruiting Pages
