Your Role

  • You take over all administrative tasks from the ad2games CEO allowing him to focus on core business activities
  • Co-ordination of appointments, contacts and correspondence
  • Office management & reception
  • Preparation of meetings 
  • Travel management and travel expenses
  • Office orders
  • Post processing
  • Supporting the accounting team with internal processing of invoices
  • General administrative duties
  • Completing daily ad-hoc tasks


Our Requirements

  • Professional training in the area of Office Management, Office Communication or Hotel business with excellent results; Masters or Bachelor degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Strong people and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
