Director (m/f) of Digital Strategy & Online

Your Tasks

  • Drive and manage digital strategy across the online marketing team, hotels  and cross-functional teams
  • Combine online strategies and operative goals to determine hotels' and overall company's growth
  • Lead digital projects together with the online marketing team, hotels and external partners (Web-Master, Loyalty Partner, Google,...)
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of agency partners, execution and reporting on performance of digital marketing programs
  • Coordinate and be responsible for all digital assets
  • Collaborate with and advise other functions in digital topics
  • Act as the catalyst for digital transformation, promoting cross-functional focus on guest experience
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
  • Define a primary set of relevant digital KPIs
  • Develop and optimize the e-commerce business
  • Responsible for the implementation of all digital regulations within Europe

Your Profile

  • 5-7 years business experience within the digital industry
  • Experience in strategic development and positioning of all online and e-commerce activities within a company
  • In depth experience across the full range of e-commerce digital marketing channels, particularly strong background in paid media channels such as SEM, Display, Social
  • German and English language proficiency
  • Ability to train, coach and mentor a team 
  • Partner with the existing marketing team and provide thought leadership to an evolving customer centric, marketing approach
  • Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Understanding of relevant digital technologies and new emerging industry trends
  • Passion for new trends and technologies, such as big data, personalization
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
