What will keep you challenged?

  • As one of the first team members, you are responsible for the setup and maintenance of an automated & scalable tracking and reporting infrastructure for a large and fast-growing venture.

  • To drive a holistic approach you need to consider all marketing channels & areas and activities from acquisition to user retention

  • In cooperation with stakeholders from different teams (marketing, business intelligence, product team, management) you conceptualize performance KPIs and realise actionable reports

  • Take ownership of the development of an impactful marketing attribution model and reliable forecasts (CLV)

  • You monitor long-term performance and efficiency of marketing channels/ campaigns/ business data and proactively communicate actionable insights and strong conclusions to stakeholders and management

  • You are responsible for the segmentation of the customer base to identify new marketing potentials and enable refined marketing communication

What will help you succeed?

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role. Online marketing, e-commerce, banking or marketing agency experience is a plus.

  • The ability to answer complex questions and translate insights into actionable recommendations and communicate to non-data driven stakeholders.

  • Knowledge in intermediate statistical analysis (e.g. funnels, cohort analysis, long-term trends, user segmentation, correlation, and regression models)

  • You have a proven expert knowledge in working with reporting tools and dashboards such as Tableau, Google Data Studio or similar

  • You have very good SQL knowledge. Additional programming skills are a plus (PHP, VBA, Python)

  • You are highly passionate about data, with creative problem solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • You speak English and preferably also German on a at least C1 level.
