Your Tasks

  • you identify new business opportunities for our existing verticals: carsharing & ridehailing
  • you evaluate new verticals and create partnerships for those
  • you think out of the box and challenge mobility and other opportunities for their fit to our business model
  • you consult possible partners, negotiate contracts and create value for their partnership with Free2Move
  • you manage your team in all sales, partnership and business innovation topics
  • you coach and train your team, and define standardized processes throughout the whole partner life cycle
  • you team up with other departments to develop possible sales pitches and manage their impact to the entire organization

Your Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development in a Consultancy environment
  • broad active network of decision-makers in automotive and neighbouring industries
  • experience structuring and implementing the framework for all sales related activities
  • previous experience in key account management
  • ability to think out of the box, and develop key strategic initiatives
  • ability to understand customers’ needs, and convert them into action plans  
  • English on a native level

Nice to have:

  • familiarity with new product development and go-to market launches

  • additional German and / or French language skills
