Your responsibilities

  • Oversee and carry-out elements across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention and offboarding
  • Manage and improve daily operations, including administration, payroll and compliance matters
  • Develop and implement winning functional strategies that really move the needle (talent acquisition, employer branding, compensation and benefits, feedback and people development)
  • Act as a trusted, strategic partner to people managers and their teams - advising on topics across the employee lifecycle
  • Foster team spirit and employee wellbeing
  • Consistently demonstrate and champion the Freeletics vision, our core values and cultivate our culture by acting as an ambassador within and outside of Freeletics

Your profile

  • University degree, ideally specializing in Human Resources or Psychology, with outstanding results
  • Proven experience and successful track record in the digital, startup environment
  • Expert technical know-how across the HR discipline, advanced knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Strategic, analytical mindset but focuses on tactical execution with lean, pragmatic solutions
  • Exhibits intercultural awareness and communicates empathically to all stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent oral and written communication skills, other languages are a plus
