Your role and responsibilities

  • Source candidates across Europe, mainly sales, marketing, account management and customer success related positions
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from end-to-end (sourcing, interviews, reference checks, negotiating and closing candidates)
  • Create and distribute effective job descriptions to build the right pitch for qualified candidates
  • Continuously build up a pipeline of top-tier candidates for different roles by using a variety of sourcing channels (inbound, outbound, agencies etc.)
  • Ensure a high-touch experience for every candidate from first contact to final offer, seamless best in class onboarding and post onboarding check in
  • Drive employer branding concepts and projects and work closely with Marketing colleagues; organize recruiting events
  • Permanently improve our recruiting and onboarding processes, structures and conduct interview training for employees

Our perfect match

  • 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience in a similar role,ideally with a focus on hiring sales people in an agency or corporate setting
  • Deep knowledge in proactive talent sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Experience in using HR technology and applicant tracking systems
  • Team player and strong collaborator with a strong work ethic and ownership who enjoys working in a high-energy team environment and is passionate about other people
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in English, other language proficiency is a plus
