This position is a full-time software engineer role in our Berlin office, or our Boulder, CO office (and your home office part of the week). As a front-end software engineer at SnapEngage, you will work with a small, agile, distributed and passionate team. You’ll develop new, exciting features for the SnapEngage live chat and customer engagement solution, writing front-end code that runs and looks beautiful in desktop and mobile browsers.
A few hours each week will be dedicated to “customer service duties”: providing outstanding support to new and existing SnapEngage customers over live chat and email as part of the SnapEngage support team. Everybody at SnapEngage does this to ensure that everyone on the team has a good understanding of customer issues and maintains a customer-centric focus.
