In this role, you will work in a small-scale BI team to provide reports and insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders in the company. You will work with large sets of data from multiple sources.
Own the regular reporting provided to Marketing, CRM and other stakeholders
Provide actionable insights from in-depth BI and Marketing analysis
Maintain the Postgresql marketing database
Develop and deliver regular Business reporting
Ensure data accuracy across multiple sources
Help to lead our business intelligence initiatives and build on a well-established database and Tableau dashboard setup
Translate the data into actionable improvement recommendations for all teams and the management - with relevant KPIs and Tableau dashboards
Use data to drive the success of our product – including collaborating with performance marketing and CRM for A/B tests to increase signups, and retention identifying patterns in user behavior, customer journeys and segmentation
Be a data evangelist in our team and empower everyone to make data driven decisions
Degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration or similar
3+ years experience in a similar role in a mobile focused company with a good mix between technical and product / business related BI experience
Experience working with consumer mobile products
Experience working with marketing funnels with more than 50,000 new installs each month
Extensive experience in building up and maintaining ETL-processes as well as linking different sources of data
Demonstrated capabilities in visualizing data and regular usage of Tableau
Deep experience in database interaction and strong knowledge of SQL required.
Extensive knowledge of data management with expertise in Python and R.
Strong communication skills – you will be a data evangelist in our team and empower others to make data driven decisions
Entrepreneurial mindset and an absolute hands-on-mentality overall, together with the ability to explain complex structures in a short timeframe
Fluent in English
