About the job

As Head of Global Sales you will work closely with the founder-team of former strategy consultants and online experts to build best-in-class sales and account organization within Carmudi. Your KPI is revenue and you will have global impact in everything you do.

Analyze and implement best practices and guidelines

  • Identify success factors and derive best practices to support all countries
  • Write global sales & account management documents to support the teams
  • Connect countries for exchange of best practices and lead global knowledge calls

Train and coach local sales and account management teams

  • Travel & train: 50% on the road
  • Analyze local problems and opportunities and structure operations
  • Structure and design your own workshops
  • Train the country managers and head of sales
  • Manage remote all countries you are not present
  • Set strategies to revenue maximization
  • Define operational steps for countries to reach their goals

Developing global tools & systems

  • Define reporting structure and KPIs
  • Develop tools for founders and country managers to manage their teams
  • Manage and develop our CRM tool to maximise its value

About you

Your four defining factors

  • Structured, analytical and numbers-driven
  • Passionate about sales, talented in pitching and skilled in negotiation
  • Communicative: You bring across the message to different cultures and managers
  • Charismatic leader, respected and able to inspire and take people with you to new heights

Minimum requirements

  • 2+ years work with sales and account management or consulting background
  • Self-starter, highly driven and can-do attitude
  • Fast and actionable problem solving skills
  • Experience with leading workshops & trainings
  • Leadership experience, ideally remote management of international teams
  • Interest for CRM-software, experience in salesforce is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel (modelling, vlookups, pivot tables)
  • Excellent English written & spoken, German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
