Numbrs is a revolutionary multi-banking app that will change the way you look at your personal finances. Numbrs is part of Centralway. We build and fund new companies, turning them into online powerhouses. We are looking for passionate people, who want to be game-changers and help us to revolutionise the financial industry.

You'll be working with us in Zurich in our Marketing Department, in close collaboration with varied teams of engineers, designers, investment analysts and many other experts to push our projects forward.

Your role

Develop, implement, manage and optimise a successful and consistent communications/public relations programme to enhance Centralway’s image within the key markets and among the general public. Facilitate the highest level of internal and external communications

Develop social media activities

Coordinate press activities and ensure regular contact with target media. Craft appropriate response to requests from journalists

Coordinate all organisational print and electronic materials such as letterheads, use of logos, brochures and so on

Responsible for planning, sign-off, controlling and optimisation of the communications budget

To monitor and participate in workflow tracking (JIRA) and documentation (CONFLUENCE) so that these scalable industrialised processes facilitate business growth

Research and evaluate communications-specific data on consumer behaviour, market conditions and competitors

Clear, consistent and effective reporting to the management

Ensure high quality standards from your team’s output and continuously motivate them to reach goals

Identify and fix bottlenecks, and other problems, in order to ensure execution


Our Requirements

At least six years of relevant communications experience within a global product-oriented company

You will have handled a large communications budget running into millions

Proven track record of setting up campaigns for lifestyle products

The ability to initiate and drive projects all they way from the idea stage to successful and timely launches

Capacity to evaluate a range of internal and outsourced partner solutions in order to address business needs

Highly analytical with very strong project management skills

Strong leadership skills to ensure high levels of performance from your team

Display extraordinary commitment towards the company by taking responsibility across departments to ensure Centralway values and culture are consistent

Fluent in English and German
