Your mission:


  • Make sure customers want to order with Lieferheld again and again and make ordering online their new habit
  • Know our customers; how they live, how they eat, what is important for them and how, why and when they use our service
  • Know how to build and serve customer segments, based on behaviour, preferences and value. Approach them accordingly with a personal(ised) message
  • Build a long term strategy and be willing and hungry to execute big parts of it yourself
  • Be creative and data driven, plan tests based on professional gut feeling and with analytical skills to learn and improve quickly
  • Lead a small team of CRM experts, responsible for the core markets UK & DE
  • Convince and lead other departments (like customer care, product development, sales) with your ideas to create improvements that benefit loyalty, activity and engagement
  • Create excellent content, to be distributed by email, mobile push notifications etc. that keeps our customers engaged and loyal to our brand
  • Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets of loyalty, activity and profitability of the customer base are met across multiple markets
  • Lead base marketing for the Delivery Hero group, create a strong base marketing network across the countries and share best practices
  • Create and develop clear reporting about base marketing

Your heroic skills: 

  • You have a strong CRM background with at least 5 years CRM experience
  • You are a strong and experienced manager, able to lead, to coach, to create cooperation, and create a winners mentality
  • You have a strong and outgoing personality, willing and able to create a company wide strategy and implement change and get people to join and follow
  • You have a strong understanding of the online business model
  • In your previous role(s) you were responsible for managing the loyalty, activity and value of a big customer base with proven success
  • You are very analytical and creative, able to plan, create, develop, test and evaluate direct marketing campaigns
  • You have advanced knowledge of the practices and procedures for CRM, project management, marketing and strategic planning
  • You have a distinct competitive mentality of wanting to improve the business, your team and yourself every day
