We are looking for a Head of CRM (m/f) to help us meet our ambitious user retention and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all CRM strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve our targets.


Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and developing the CRM team
  • Developing, planning and control of all CRM acitivities to ensure a personalized and individual communication with our customers
  • Customer behaviour analysis and implementation of a customer segmentation
  • Define and implement effective email campaigns (seasonal, lifecycle and reactivation campaigns) to maximise CLV
  • Evaluation and implementation of an customer loyalty program
  • Optimization of our users customer journey throughout all touchpoints (onsite, email, social & customer support) and identify new opportunities to improve customer lifetime experience
  • Implement and optimize processes, tools and KPIs for CRM


Your Profile

  • Several years of working experience in the field of CRM at an internet start-up or within the e-commerce of a larger company
  • Measurable results of projects in the field of CRM, Social Media, Direct and Onsite Marketing
  • Experience in motivating, developing and directing people of bigger, heterogeneous teams
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, furthermore good communications and negotiation skills
  • Strong hands-on mentality and driving enthusiasm
  • Fluent in German and English
