What we’re looking for

As our Head of Marketing you will be responsible for managing our marketing team while planning, implementing, and optimising a strong B2B communication strategy for our current and future target markets (DACH, FraBeLux, Italy, UK & Ireland, Poland, and Mexico).

You will lead a team and coordinate their close collaboration with our Country Managers to pursue excellent results and report directly to our COO and CEO.
Your areas of work will include content & product marketing, branding, market analysis, leadgen, lead nurturing, PR strategy, business growth, data analysis, SEO, CRO, and project management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage our marketing team with a clear goal: increase our number of qualified leads and paying customers
  • Developing and implementing an integrated and strategic B2B marketing plan & PR strategy, in order to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level, external audiences
  • Work with the board and staff to recognize internal and external marketing opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them
  • Compile, analyse, and distribute financial and statistical information
  • Managing structured market research
  • Oversee the organization of events and trade fairs
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales teams
  • Take part in the recruiting and HR processes for our growing marketing team
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
  • Hold quarterly feedback meetings, mentor, and develop our staff using a consistently supportive and collaborative approach

We expect

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the Marketing or Communication field
  • 5+ years experience in a Marketing/Communication role
  • Experience with B2B and Content Marketing
  • Experience with team management and leadership
  • Strong written communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Structured and independent work-routine

  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment juggling between multiple projects at various stages in the delivery process

Would be awesome

  • If you have experience with SugarCRM, HubSpot (or other marketing automation tools), Optimizely, WordPress, Google Analytics
  • If you have some technical background (Database, Coding, Advanced Excel)
