Caremondo offers a full-service digital marketplace where patients can compare both medical and aesthetic treatments and book appointments in more than 130 trusted hospitals worldwide. Our platform gives our medical clientele access to a range of comprehensive services that make medical travel safe and hassle-free.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing (m/f) to drive international growth of Caremondo and to further build up and lead our Marketing team in Munich. You will be in charge of all marketing activities across all countries with a strong focus on online channels but also including selected offline channels.

Managing marketing budgets and getting the most out of it to drive growth and customer loyalty is your key expertise. In your role you will work closely with the management team, content, product and tech team to develop integrated marketing and growth plans.


Your tasks:

  • Development of the overall international marketing strategy
  • Planning, coordination and tracking of all marketing measures against marketing objectives & budgets to increase key performance indicator
  • Constant development and implementation of marketing measures and performance measurements to continuously optimize marketing mix and outcome
  • Constant improvement of KPI tracking and reporting mechanisms
  • Close cooperation with the product, content and tech team to develop integrated marketing measures and drive overall company goals
  • Continuously challenge, analyze & improve marketing operations
  • Identification and built up of strong partnerships with relevant online and offline partners
  • Analysis and monitoring of market development of international markets and competition
  • Further built up and lead of the entire marketing team in Munich


 Required profile:

  • Expert in Online-Marketing with several years of professional experience in dealing with different marketing channels in a high performance environment
  • 5+ years of experience in SEA and SEO, as well as overall performance marketing (incl. all common tools)
  • Relevant experience with offline channels (e.g. print, TV, radio)
  • Experience with international marketing roll-outs
  • Open, creative and proactive development and execution of marketing strategies to drive company goals
  • Outstanding leadership skills and well-developed communication skills and empathy
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting interpretation skills
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, further languages advantageous
  • Structured and team-oriented working method
  • Enthusiasm for startups and digital health
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: high level of strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on execution
