Your tasks

  • Managing, controlling and developing a team of five people
  • Active acquisition of new customers at trade shows and events
  • Ensuring follow up activities by forwarding the contact details to the account manager in charge
  • Initiating and conducting negotiations
  • Planning and realizing coaching activities for the professional and personal development of the team members
  • Target planning and forecasts as well as monitoring and reporting the KPI’s that have been defined in agreement with the management
  • Constantly monitoring the market and the situation of competition, improving our sales strategy
  • Regular travelling (LAS, NYC, PMI, LON, SFO, LAX, HAM, etc.)


Your profile

  • A networker to the core
  • Profound knowledge of buying traffic
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and two years of corresponding business and leadership experience would be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
  • Identifying potentials
  • Fluent in English (main team communication language)
  • Very good German skills
  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Sales talent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and confident appearance
  • Ability to present complex issues in a transparent manner
