Your tasks

  • You turn the candidate journey into an amazing ride
  • You guide, develop and mentor our recruiting teams in Europe and beyond by leading by example and cutting edge attitude and skills
  • You introduce and improve measures, KPIs and metrics in order to structure our global go-to-market strategy and benchmark and challenge our local teams
  • You form a strong employer brand that is globally acknowledged by the greatest talents in business and tech
  • You deliver promising concepts to the board of management, founders and investors
  • You are accessible for giving advice to Hiring Managers, all HR teams and Founders & C-Level
  • You train our team to improve our hiring decisions, the candidate experience and interview techniques
  • You prepare and handle the budget of our recruiting team and you conduct respective KPI-directed analyses

Your profile

  • Sound academic background, ideally with a focus on Business, Marketing or HR
  • 3+ years of experience in leading an intercultural team in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of closing of senior vacancies in business and tech
  • Analytical skills and necessary technical knowledge (e.g. (Google) Analytics, PowerBI, Webtrekk) and modern recruitment SAAS products
  • Sound know-how in modern recruiting methods and being “one step ahead”
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a “make it happen” attitude which fits our team
  • Proactive working style and a team-oriented, committed mindset as well as strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English; every other (European) language is a plus
