Your tasks


  • Lead our efforts in sales calls, presentations, demonstrations and proposals
  • Expect to meet or exceed assigned revenue and fundraising goals for the company

  • You connect management and our marketing department
  • You put a global sales team together, manage it across multiple countries and take care of training and supporting the team to ensure they achieve targets

  • Developing strategies and KPI‘s for the sales team
  • You manage quarterly sales goals and keep the team focused on growth enhancing behaviors
  • You are responsible for an accurate sales reporting, metric analyses, sales recognition and other ad-hoc sales operation support activities
  • You represent LOVOO at startup expositions and approach agencies to create brand awareness

Our requirements


  • Business degree and 5+ years of relevant working experience in the field of sales or business development, preferably in an online or technology company

  • A track record of success in a sales management role and in developing successful sales strategies and campaign as well as translating learnings and analytics into measurable KPI‘s and impactful results that drive growth
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and experiences in team leading and development

  • Outstanding networking abilities as well as high-level professional communication, negotiation and presentation skills, fluency in both German and English
  • Excellent knowledge of KPI‘s and experiences in driving a high performance sales team
  • Deep understanding of startup dynamics and preferably social media, social dating or internet advertising experiences
