  • Be responsible for planning and managing B2B and B2C sales incl. account/partner management, business development and customer service
  • Develop and manage the Account Management and Customer Service team until you recruit, coach and supervise a team lead each
  • Observe and analyze trends in fitness and health to explore and develop new business potential regarding end customers, studio partners and corporate clients
  • Work closely with our Management, BI and Product Management
  • Help shape the company's strategy together with the management and other team leads


  • Degree in business, economics or related field (strongly preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in the fields of Sales, Account Management (must), Business Development and Customer Service (preferred), preferably in a startup and has a proven record of success in this area
  • Highly motivated to drive a company forward in regards of sales and business development in a growths stage of a startup
  • Excellent communicator with above-average empathy, listening competency and sensitiveness and an enthralling motivator and narrator of the Somuchmore story
  • Taking business decisions based on KPI but driven by a creative mind
  • Analytical thinker and hands-on leader
  • German and English on a native level
