Your Tasks

  • Act as a partner and advisor to senior management by developing and executing strategies to recruit top talent
  • Source candidates from social networks, classifieds, employee referrals and networking
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and a well structured process
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the process and drive the offer and final negotiations

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in recruitment with successful track record
  • Excellent networking & communication skills
  • Able to manage & prioritize multiple projects
  • Goal- & metrics-driven
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Have a solid knowledge of interview techniques & strong candidate selection abilities
  • Well-connected within startup scene
  • Familiar with recruitment software applications
  • Fluent in German and English
