crobo is a mobile media performance marketing company that specializes in lead generation, consulting and monitoring solutions for mobile app and game developers. Our team consists of over sixty people from all twenty different countries speaking more than fifteen languages who all share one thing, namely a passion for thinking outside of the box, working as a team and finding personalised solutions to our client’s problems.

  • Be the trusted partner for our employees and managers in all aspects of HR
  • Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes and ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
  • Advising on payment and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records for the German and US offices
  • Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
  • Providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
  • Managing of talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Managing absence, disciplinaries, sickness etc.
  • Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
  • Advise and support employees on company benefits
  • Managing HR Budgets


  • Min. 2 years HR advisory or business partnering in an international startup environment, ideally in the mobile industry
  • Good knowledge of German labor law and payroll accounting
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the company
  • Proactive, data-driven, uses initiative, able to multi-task and prioritize, without close supervision but with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Business awareness and commercial Focus
