Silexica is a fast-growing high-tech start-up company based in Cologne, Germany. We are set to revolutionize the established way of programming by delivering the market leading software design tool for multicore processors. We founded Silexica in 2014 and since then won the Silicon Valley. To help you improve our software design tools, we bring together innovation, creativity and advanced software development principles.

At Silexica's new headquarter in Cologne, we are currently looking for a passionate HR Manager (m / f), who is responsible for the management board and help our organization grow sustainably. You will be responsible for our employees and advise our founders.

Your responsibilities would include

  • Set up and manage all HR processes and support in all phases of an employee lifecycle (ensure a great working experience from the first day until the last day)
  • Job search, recruitment, recruitment, job search, recruitment, recruitment, recruitment
  • Consult the management of HR related topics and labor law questions
  • Cultivate a feedback culture and implement a feedback process
  • Be responsible for HR administration, as a payroll accounting and issuing of contracts, reference letters and other documents

  • You are a passionate HR Generalist with a high degree of empathy

  • You are experienced in recruiting for a wide variety of positions
  • You have profound knowledge of German labor law, talent management and employer branding
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a can-do attitude with a strong motivation to get things done
  • You are a strong team player with the ability to prioritize and handle concurrent projects and activities
  • You pay high attention to detail, but you never lose sight of the company's long-term goals
  • You have excellent German and English language skills (both, written and spoken)
