Your role

  • Part of a growing Security team, you will design and oversee the delivery of an identity management platform to support Centralway’s internal services in an environment undergoing tremendous growth and change
  • Identity management expert and controller
  • Consulting on product development with cloud/Infrastructure teams on customer-facing identity management capabilities
  • Design and oversee the implementation of processes for managing entitlements – including appropriate approval and review processes, provisioning and revocation, and mover/leaver processes etc.
  • Support the relevant internal teams in migrating from existing manual processes to automated processes based on the identity management platform
  • Work alongside our teams of developers to support integration with the identity management platform
  • Monitor and participate in workflow tracking (JIRA) and documentation (Confluence) so that these scalable industrialised processes facilitate business growth

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Strong familiarity with open source, commercial identity and access management systems
  • Experience implementing and managing identity – and access management – systems that integrate at the operating system, database and application layers
  • Strong understanding of multi-factor authentication concepts and their suitability for different use cases
  • Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory and Open Directory
  • An understanding of how to use one of the following languages: Ruby, Python, C, BASH and Perl
  • Strong knowledge in the area of cryptography and PKI
  • Experience working in teams that are run with ‘agile’ processes
  • Quick to learn and fast to adapt to changing environments
  • Versatile and eager to tackle new problems with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Fluent in English – German language skills are a plus
