We are a fresh, dynamic and international recruitment agency for the internet technology industry. In Berlin, as a start-up 2015 founded, we have with many years recruitment experience of its founder, a comprehensive network and industry know-how. We specialise and professionalize areas of responsibility and lead in a team strong individualists together, to provide as our target sustainable satisfied customers and candidates. We operate within the international recruitment process as consultants for individual procedures. For the next available period of time we are hiring a IT Recruitment Coordination locally for Berlin.



  • You have successful completed degree in BWL / Human Ressources, Engineering (B.A. / M.A.) or similar education
  • You have successfully firstly coordinated recruitment processes, respective track-record in the IT field
  • You ensure and like working in a highly dynamic company environment
  • Your are able to cover firstly prescreening and interviews for the first appraisals
  • You bring in a solid knowledge of up-to-date search tools and know how to make best use of them
  • You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work load like a "juggler"
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Mac applications preferable but not required
  • Team player who enjoys working in a multilingual environment and act customer oriented
  • You can offer outstanding communication skills in English, additionaly German and have networking abilities



  • You coordinate developer profiles in strong candidate markets like Russia, Ukraine and East Europe
  • You actively identify areas of new potential candidate territory by researching fresh local market opportunities
  • You drive the business forward by providing candidates with "high level" profiles through advanced interview skills, value added with technology recruitment knowledge
  • You are responding to candidates requests by effectively in the full relocation process
  • You build up relationships to commendation partners and local candidates areas for your own pipeline support
  • On-going review and development through KPI's 
  • Regular Skype calls is a requirement for this role
